Former Kiambu county Governor, William Kabogo, has blasted both Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga. Replying to a tweet by Raila Odinga, Kabogo minced no words on the duo.
Kabogo broke his silence on the BBI issue. This follows an unsuccessful BBI meeting to address Mt Kenya region issues in Meru on Saturday.
Kabogo told off Raila who had claimed that the Mt Kenya region issues had been heard and will be addressed. He accused Raila and Uhuru of attempting to force a leader on the Mt Kenya people.
2. .. you and your brother. It’s now competition as to who will become the Mt. KENYA leader after. H. E. UK. No one will force a leader on us, take that to the Bank. “Vitu kwa ground ni different”

Kabogo further accused the Mt Kenya governors of not accessing the ground to advise Raila accordingly. He said they were fully to blame for the mass walk out by crowds during the BBI meeting.
The walk out was prompted by the exit of Gatundu MP Moses Kuria minutes after the controversial speech by Kipchumba Murkomen. Raila Odinga and other leaders were left to address an almost empty stadium.
William Kabogo who was also present during the meeting was not given an opportunity to address the crowd.
Kabogo attached a video to his tweet showing crowds walking out leaving the stadium almost empty. He singled out Governor Kiraitu Murungi, Anne Waiguru and Kimemia for failing to mobilize crowd.
